It has been a lazy day around here so far. I've tried to call my father but I'm having no luck in finding him. Al is enjoying the emptiness of the house. No children around here until tonight so it is very quiet. I got up for the beautiful sunrise this morning, as it is the Summer Solstice, and fell back asleep an hour later flanked by three dogs.
I hope all the fathers out there are having a blessed day.

Glad you had a satisfying Father's Day... I assumed that, of course, because waking to a beautiful sunrise, then taking a nap flanked by three dogs sounds like heaven to me...
