Rainbows

I have lived in this house for 11 years and have never seen a rainbow outside my front door until this evening. I have had such a long week this past week with lots of work and lots of stress and then I get to see this.

This was to the north and my view to the south was just as beautiful.

I was standing in the most beautiful golden light outside and all my stress melted.

My other stress reliever has been a little snuggle kitten. Lucy has had her name changed to Alice but she answers to nothing at all. Not even Kitty. She loves to sleep and climb
under blankets and place her paws on your face. We find her everywhere in this house sleeping. Quilts are her favorite sleeping spots but she also loves my thyme plant in it's big pot in the morning sun.
I'm back to work. If I get enough finished tonight I'll get to breathe alittle easier.

Not only is it snowing there outside, did you know it's snowing on your blog! Better buy a cyber-shovel (think they're on sale at QVC).
We in Rochester are lucky enough to be just barely west of the snow track. We're dodging the bullet so far, though maybe a bit for Christmas would be nice.
Love your stress-relieving rainbow and kitten!
